Q.  Where is my order?

A. If you are from UK your order will be dispatched by royal mail  1st class or 1st class sign for larger items.

We will try to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days, but sometimes it can take a little longer.

B. For international orders: your order will be dispatched by royal mail international standard delivery which can take 7 working days after item dispatched. Please be patient if your order marked as dispatched its on the way and will be with you shortly.  

Q.  My sticker did not stick.

A.  Sorry to hear this but you probably didn't clear surface correctly or used wrong cleaning product which leave residue on surface. We are not responsible if you damaged or were unable to apply one of our large stickers. We using quality vinyls and with 14 years experiences in sign industry we know there is nothing wrong with our products.

Q.  How to apply sticker?

A. Applying stickers is easy but if they are bigger better call your friend. See the short video so you have idea :)
